Full disclosure, I did not do business with this company. HOWEVER, I witnessed a very minor accident today. I called the office to report on the incident and within a few minutes a supervisor came out to my property to fix the minor issue. The very cool thing is there was no diversion of blame. The supervisor apologized sincerely, multiple times and was extremely kind. The whole situation was (albeit a mistake) super positive and we all were able to move on with our lives.
