This was my second service call to Ray and his team. They came first thing tge following morning, just right after Superbowl Sunday and did an excelkent job replacing my toilet and two bathroom faucets.
They're very peofessional, fast and their price is so reasonable! If you want honest and reliable plumbing service, Ihighly recommend these guys!

I had a leak in my restroom upstairs that I could not find I called American Leak Locators & Plumbing for assistance they were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. I HIGHLY recommend American Leak Locators & Plumbing for any suspected leak problems. So we had a drain issue with one of our bathrooms. We called many plumbers but they were to busy and could not come until the next day. I called Make It Drain and spoke with Ian. I explained to him my problem and he already knew what it was. He explained to me that they were busy as well but that he would come by really quick during his lunch time. He showed up and took care of the problem within 15 minutes. Ian is very knowledgeable about what he does and took time to explain everything to me. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definately be referring Make It Drain to friends and family. Great job guys!! Thankyou.

Matt installed a new water heater for me. He was very helpful and polite. He responded quickly and he was extremely knowledgeable. He offered a great value for the services he performed, his quotes are much cheaper than his competitors. He was extremely professional. He arrived on time, got the job done quickly and explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.
