My AC Unit from my house stopped working. I called Fast Call Service. They immediately send their technician out to my house the same day. I must say that Sam , the technician , did a really great job and he found the problem right away . I will make sure to recommend this company to my family and friends. From the initial call to the final day of service, NIR responded promptly, professionally and most importantly clean and friendly. We had to repipe our whole house! Nick, the owner, came over right away and after walking through the house he explained to us his recommendations and also gave us a reasonable price. My wife likes to ask lots of questions and Nick was able to answer them all with ease, which made us feel confident in going with this company. By the way we got 2 quotes to repipe the house which had galvanized pipes. We then scheduled the repipe which included plumbing in two restrooms, a kitchen and removing an old water heater to go tankless. The repipe process was performed primarily by Mike Lopez, a one man army. Mike is the most knowledgeable plumber out there; I'd put him up against any other plumber in the country. Not only that, but he's also the neatest plumber as well. He cleaned up immediately after each project and was able to explain what he did every step of the way. Sergio Cortez helped install our tankless water heater. He was also very prompt and knowledgeable. Nick came by almost each day and was available by phone every time we had a question or concern. Nick, Mike and Sergio all reminded and reassured us that they were always available for their customers. 24/7 service. The whole process lasted less than a week and we were able to stay home the entire time. I will definitely be calling Nick and the team to handle all our future plumbing and A/C needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in this IE area needing commercial or residential services. For people leaving negative comments complaining about price, remember, you can choose to go cheap, but you get what you pay for. This company is VERY reasonable in price and provide over the top service. Thank you Nick, Mike and Sergio!

We called. We set up an appointment time. It was a semi-urgent issue so we didn't have lots of lead time. Sam came out, at the appointed time He checked out our furnace, decided it needed some minor maintenance work and did it. I think he charged ~$195 for a beginning of season servicing. It didn't seem like a lot and it was worth the peace of mind to have everything checked out. As he left he said we were welcome to call anytime and that there were no extra fees for needing emergency service or service on nights/weekends. That also, is really great. It should be worth 5 stars for arrive on time, do the work and not over-charge but, having tried people who don't return my calls, don't show up and offer High estimates, it totally is. Highly recommended.
