I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. Saso came out and fixed our backed up plumbing system in no time at all. The job was done with professionalism and he offered very friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to call Roto Rooter next time we have plumbing issues. You guys are awesome!
