We've used All Pro for a free years now and always received great service. Unfortunately this week we had our A/C go out in 90°+ heat - All Pro was quick to respond as usual. George was great and honest with us letting us know the only fix available was very temporary and not cheap, so he had a Jay come out within an hour to discuss a new unit. We received a reasonable quote and decided to do it. Jay and George brought in and set up two portable AC units to get us through the night in comfort. At 8am the following day Chris and Hans were here with a smile and a brand new air conditioner. The guys were beyond great, personable and efficient - they finished in record time and we had a beautiful, quiet, and efficient new unit. They even interacted nicely with my young son who was fascinated by what they were up too. The girls in the office are also awesome - they're always friendly, greet me over the phone by name, and do their best to keep you constantly informed. I also appreciate that they text you with the picture and name of the technician who's on their way so you know exactly who to expect at your door - can't be too safe these days.
