Sam came out, at the appointed time He checked out our furnace, decided it needed some minor maintenance work and did it. I think he charged ~$195 for a beginning of season servicing. It didn't seem like a lot and it was worth the peace of mind to have everything checked out. As he left he said we were welcome to call anytime and that there were no extra fees for needing emergency service or service on nights/weekends. That also, is really great. It should be worth 5 stars for arrive on time, do the work and not over-charge but, having tried people who don't return my calls, don't show up and offer High estimates, it totally is.
