I had multiple plumbing companies come out before calling All-Star, wish I would have called them first! Very professional and honest, other company quoted me crazy amounts of money to fix a sewer clog they couldn't fix. All-Star did it without an issue and for a very reasonable price. I will be using them anytime I need any plumbing work done!!

We used Hovey Rooter Service & Plumbing for an
Annual Backflow Test, and they were very friendly and efficient. At first we were unable to locate the key that enables access to the backflow, and Ivan kindly waited while we figured that out. Later on when I called the office, Jessica patiently answered all my questions regarding billing. This company is very professional and has great customer service, I would 10/10 recommend.

Ramon was my plumber and he was friendly, polite, and did a very thorough job. I will be using Big John's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Carson and Dustin were absolute professionals. Out of everyone we called in our area, they were the only ones to respond and fit us in ASAP. They were able to get our toilet and bathtub draining for us, and they were friendly the whole time. Just good dudes. Communicated with us what we would need to fix in the future, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. Any plumbing issues in the future, I am only going through them. Thank you guys!!

Sam is a great instructor with a great ability to explain the topic at hand in a form that I was able to understand having no prior knowledge to anything HVAC, I learned a lot in his class and aside from being a good teacher he’s was also super nice and patient which helped a lot with the learning process.

Water was leaking from under a bathtub. After having to cut a hole in drywall to gain access, the leak was discovered. He offered me several scenarios by which to repair it. We settled on a less expensive, less work intensive solution and after a quick trip for supplies, he was able to repair it so that water usage could be restored to the house. I expected a much higher bill, and even though all plumbing services cost a pretty penny, it want as bad as I was expecting. The technician even added a coupon to the final bill!

They provided very professional, personal and friendly service. They were quick to respond to our call, explained in detail the work they would perform, gave us several options to stay within our budget and completed the project in a timely manner. They treated our home as if it was theirs and were respectful of keeping everything clean and doing the job right the first time. I would highly recommend this company for both plumbing services and bath remodels!

We called. We set up an appointment time. It was a semi-urgent issue so we didn't have lots of lead time. Sam came out, at the appointed time He checked out our furnace, decided it needed some minor maintenance work and did it. I think he charged ~$195 for a beginning of season servicing. It didn't seem like a lot and it was worth the peace of mind to have everything checked out. As he left he said we were welcome to call anytime and that there were no extra fees for needing emergency service or service on nights/weekends. That also, is really great. It should be worth 5 stars for arrive on time, do the work and not over-charge but, having tried people who don't return my calls, don't show up and offer High estimates, it totally is. Highly recommended.
