This company was assigned my job by the home warranty company. I contacted the plumber yesterday to confirm my 1030 appointment this morning. At 11 am the service tech had still not showed up for the 1030 appointment. I contacted the plumbing company to find an ETA. The owner picked up the phone and said I don't have an appointment today. I told him I confirmed it yesterday with his company. He called yelled at me and called me a liar. He told me to find another plumbing company and hung up.
