Had a HVAC failure, made a claim, paid $125 deductible, waited a week for A&R Complete Service Corp to come out. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900 + to replace disconnect box! Having an extensive flipping background I thought that was price gouging! Killed wasps!Called Goettl , Patti was the best office staff , explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service. Tech Anthony Anderson was on time and spot on with a high level of service! Listened to what I knew about prior diagnosis, confirmed problem, had the parts on his van, and had it fixed in about an hour for about half of the previous quote !They have Earned my future business for my residence and properties we manage.
