We found our water heater leaking heavily after dinner one evening and Optimal was the first thing that popped on Google. Normally, I would research several companies before pulling the trigger but previous reviews reeled me in and I gave them a call. Within minutes of calling Lacy had a tech on the way. Carter was our tech and he was AMAZING! He really knew what he was talking about and didn’t leave until he walked us through the issues and next steps. Unfortunately for our pockets we had to replace our water heater. Carter was awesome and brought out the new unit the next morning. He had us up and running with hot water and there was never a bad moment. The whole team was amazing and we definitely appreciate how quick the service was and how nice and knowledgeable the staff all were. We will use them again in the future!
