I usually do not write reviews, but I felt I need to this time. I placed a service request Sunday, and got a prompt visit from your technician, Alex, who was phenomenal. My expectation was that like any other technicians-become-sale associate, he will start convincing me to buy a new unit, especially considering mine was old, but he went up and down to fix it for me with minimum cost, while he explained to me why should I think about changing the unit in near future, with no usual sales pitch and by providing more informative and logical recommendations. Result: I may actually change my unit, and guess what! I will use your company because of Alex’s way of handling this visit and making me trust you guys. This is a type of employee who should be recognized and praised. Thank you again, Alex.
