I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! Carter was timely arriving, wore shoe covers and placed door mat to protect our new construction flooring. He was polite and friendly, answering our questions throughly. After installing a new disposal, he cleaned up well and did an excellent job all around. We will use Optimal Plumbing again. And plan to tell others with plumbing needs.
