Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Worked around my schedule to replace a leaking water heater. Quick and quality work, will use Eugene again.

Pipe that had burst was repaired quickly and efficiently. Nice people to deal with.
