Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

Richard who did the work was professional, friendly, and very neat. He worked hard to find a solution to a problem with a non-standard drain, driving several places to find a part that would work saving me research, down time and a second trip and bill.
