I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter's customer service today, for they accommodated me due to my having a not-so-reliable technician initially assigned to my work order. The technician that serviced my plumbing issues today was Junior and he was exceptional! He exhibited professionalism, reliability, friendliness, and was very knowledgeable!
