When our water heater started leaking, we had the problem inspected by another company, who said to replace the heater. It was expensive and had a complicated process. So we decided to call NCWaterHeaters for a second opinion, and they were incredibly helpful. Brandon checked the water heater for us and gave a quote that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other company. NCWH was able to get a new water heater to us pretty quickly, and Zack and Jaco installed it for us. They were nice, professional, and were always willing to answer all of our questions.
