Best Flo Valve Installation in Raleigh NC

I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

So I asked them to see if they can fix a toilet that keeps making refill noise and I was worried there is a leak. The guy came and said the issue was a flapper. Replaced it and charged me ~$140. The toilet continue to make noise and I called them again. They came back and said now the issue the flushing valve and said they will charge me ~$200 to replace the part. So a complete new set of toilet will cost around $150 or a complete flushing system will cost $25. They just want to charge me $340 to just have the same toilet with new flapper and flushing valve. Their business practice isn't fair and they don't have knowledgeable plumbers to fix a toilet.

Update: They were supposed to diagnose the issue and fix a toilet. Mind you it is a modern toilet and not a major plumbing issue. Besides all parts on the toilet was almost new (a couple of years). Please don't keep saying I wanted only the flapper replaced for $140 when the complete flushing system is $25. I asked to replace the complete flushing system but I thought you will know to diagnose a toilet issue and replace a faulty item since the flushing system was new. If you have miscommunication with your technicians that is another issue but I never requested to go against the suggestion of the technician. Listen to all the conversion and initial job order request. Even after I report the issue wasn't fixed you continued to blame me for requesting a wrong repair than fixing the issue. You tried to up sale me to replace my water heater when you failed to fix a toilet. Just bad business. Good luck on your future businesses.
