Best Facility Maintenance in Raleigh NC

I had just moved into a new house I bought. An electrician broke a water pipe in my attic. Which caused major damage In the thousands of dollars...A ceiling and insulation came down. Arc as well as 911 and the firefighters were called. ARC Plumbing came over immediately at 8:00-9:00 at night and fixed the immediate problem and were back the next morning to update some plumbing pipes. I totally trust Brantley and Bradley. They are my plumbers/engineers. Love these guys...Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
