The technician (Keith) discovered a large blockage in our pipe and stayed extra time to clear it out and make sure everything was working normally. I was really impressed with the quality of service and the way he explained the problem. I would highly recommend Newcomb to any future customer.

The owner came to my house to take a look and help me decide on what type of water heater was best for me. He did not up sell me on the hype of tankless and we wound up putting in a standard unit for much less cost. Their pricing was better than three other plumbers I had price the replacement.
