Best Energy Efficient Heating in Raleigh NC

Called Newcomb in the afternoon after heater went out. They sent out a Tech, Richard G., the same day to diagnose. He quickly diagnosed as a bad blower motor/circuit board. He spent the extra time researching the issue and was able to determine the part could be replaced under warranty. This is normally a $1500 repair but was able to do it for labor only for $250 total (including initial service call/diagnostics). Appreciate the promptness and professionalism of Richard and the quick and accurate repairs.

Reason for review, we hired this company to lay few pieces of tile. LET ME BE CLEAR, THE TILE GUY IS AWESOME, my complaint is with CINDY. Cindy screens her calls,.. that’s all I’m gonna say. After calling from a different number, Cindy picks up, and say “I don’t know where the disconnect came from”. REST ASSURE I WILL NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

This is the best place ever to get your HVAC work completed from. I had an emergency issue with my unit leaking in my ceiling. Ben came out and fixed it very quickly and explained the issue to me. I felt confident the issues were fixed properly and the price was amazing. They're not there cheapest but not the most expensive. Great quality and very reasonable. I recommend them to everyone.
