Best Emergency Plumbing Concerns in Raleigh NC

What a great experience! I had an emergency with a broken hot water heater flooding our basement and well, no hot water. I looked online for local plumbers and every review I read about PlumbV was 5 star and described how great their service was so I called! They were there within a few hours and by 4pm, I had a new tankless hot water heater. Ken was our technician and he was awesome. When I called, I left a voicemail but before I was even done leaving it, Marcus was calling me and was super friendly and helpful and informative of what he needed to do to get them out to the house giving me time lines etc. Matt, the owner, came out and was super helpful in answering my husband's questions about our first ever tankless system. Will definitely recommend them to friends and use them in the future! Thanks again for a great experience with a bad situation.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
