I do not usually post reviews, however, in this case, I made an exception. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship with this repair. I just used NC water heaters to replace my water heater as well as install a PRV / new shutoff for the house. Some of the quotes I got for PRV/quarter turn shutoff were 300% more expensive than NCWH.

I've used bad/expensive plumbers before and these guys are not them. One of their folks also helped me out with a faucet issue inside, and quickly offered up a replacement part from his van at no charge. And their quoting team talked me OUT of a more expensive option, not trying to just grab money.
