From the initial estimate visit to the final walk through, we experienced excellent customer service, promptness, and impressive knowledge/expertise. We had a tankless water heater installed and our polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX and cannot be happier with how everything turned out. A turnkey job and seamless from start to finish. Furthermore, communication was on point. If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn.
