We signed up for the service contract to have 3 of our units serviced twice a year. Every single visit was difficult. Sometimes our summer service was happening in September, and then our winter service was happening in March. One time they rescheduled me due to some issue, which was fine, but I didn’t heard from them to reschedule. They said I missed their call, so the next appt was Sept! Once the tech didn’t know we had a third unit on the service plan! I had to call the office (who also couldn’t find the records!!) to clear it up! Every single visit we had over $1000 in repairs. Every single visit they recommended we buy an air purifier. Please avoid this company.

Rural has done several jobs for us over the last 3 years and we have been very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.
