ESR came out very quickly, covered it with plastic to contain it, and gave us a fair quote to remediate about 8 feet of wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This was Christmas week, and office manager Miranda was sick, but she prepared our quote from her home. She was so kind. Brandon and Jimmy were so smart, and they were done in only a few days in our home. The kitchen was tented with black thick plastic, so no mold spores escaped as they ripped out the affected sheet rock. No dust got in our cabinets because they carefully sealed them with blue tape.
