Much like the other reviews, NCWaterHeaters took care of my water heater replacement in a very professional manner. The owner came to my house to take a look and help me decide on what type of water heater was best for me. He did not up sell me on the hype of tankless and we wound up putting in a standard unit for much less cost. Their pricing was better than three other plumbers I had price the replacement. When install day came, their team was on time, professional, and efficient. They were very personable and patiently answered all of my questions. I would recommend using NCWaterHeaters.

QUALITY and honesty you can trust

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂
