Great service and knowledge of what I needed, but I actually needed a journeyman plumber to come out, not just water heater estimate. I put that blame in customer service rep who didn’t understand what I told them or didn’t listen, so they sent the wrong person for my needs even though I requested a specific person. They are rescheduling an actual plumber now in 2 days. I know it will get fixed Thursday. Just wasted time today.

Shane and Mike have been to my house twice now. The first time we had a slow drain for the laundry and kitchen that was backing up into a basement floor drain. They took care of it quickly and also sorted out a bathroom sink that was slow. They were quick to come out and the cost was very reasonable.

The second time we had a shower drain that had stopped completely. Shane came out to fix it and couldn't get the clean out open. Not surprising since the plumbing is over 70 years old. He removed a large section of drain pipe that was too small to begin with and replaced it with the correct size all the way to the main drain pipe. They did and excellent job and I would happily use them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors and friends.

I called and got estimates from four different plumbers. These guys were very reasonable and honest about the charges. Louis came and unclogged my kitchen sink. He was awesome and very professional. You could tell he was experienced. He explained everything and did an awesome job. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

They did a great job, we’re right on budget, and communicated superbly throughout the process. They are a small local company that I will recommend to friends, family, and clients from here on out!
