Best Rental Property in Portland OR

Some days things just don't go right. I had a 9 to 11 am arrival window for a water leak so at 10:30 I called to check. Oops, someone didn't get my appointment logged in. This has happened to me before with other company's so I'm thinking another week or two wait. But to my surprise they had Josh come over, look at the job, go to the parts store and return. Finished the job before 1 PM. Incredible customer service. Thank you!

Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

They are amazing. Found the problem made sure we were safe more work to come. Very informative straightforward honest communication was clear able to understand the situation. Motivation was amazing. Will definitely tell everyone I know how satisfied we are.
