Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. There is no question that this is the guy you go with.

Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future.
