Amazing experience, I will be a customer for life. I have an older Trane high efficiency unit that stopped working. I had my usual shop come out and it was apparent to me the repair tech was stumped and instead of saying that, they told me I needed a new unit or control panel. I called Greenbox for a second opinion and their tech Bill knew exactly what was wrong, was respectful of the other repair person, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes just in time for the cold wave of weather.
