From the initial phone conversation to the wave good bye...an uncomplicated, informative and satisfying experience. The cheapest is not the way I choose to invest in my home, this company provided service well worth every penny I spent.

The actual experience with installation was great, but communication prior to the install was spotty at best. Texting was the only thing that worked when asking questions, as voice mail and email were not responded to. Also price was padded to cover what would be needed in a city environment, and as we were in the country, many of the permits, inspections, and locations were not needed, but we were charged for them anyway. The job was bid to take 7 hours and only took two, so I know we WAY overpaid . But the installation guys were great, and we are very pleased with the outcome.
