Called on Sunday afternoon with a broken water heater. New one was installed before noon on Monday. Ryan was super helpful on the phone getting our quote and getting us scheduled. I did have to hold about 15 minutes for one caller ahead of us, but it was well worth the wait. The next day Caleb was on time and professional and did a great job getting us hooked up. The installation looks clean and professional. The final price was a little more on Monday as we needed a new stand and opted for the addition of an emergency shut-off.
