I recently had my water heater replaced by Cornel's Plumbing. They were professional from the initial contact to the completion of the job. The email scheduling was prompt and simple with follow-up reminders. The initial estimate visit was timely, polite, and fast. The price was clearly stated with no extra fees, and the required work was clearly explained. The installation team was excellent. They were on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they were mindful of my house and kept it clean. Their equipment, truck and tools were all well organized and clean. The installer team was very friendly and polite. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The water heater is working great. I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut our water off at the main source. These guys were able to squeeze us in in a reasonable amount of time. I was emailed a name and picture of the plumber who would be showing up (LOVE THIS). He called when he was on his way and arrived on on time. He looked at the job, told us what needed to be done, we approved the work and he got started. He was great at explaining everything to us. He was quick and did a great job. I will be using and referring Einstein Plumbing & Heating again.
