It was Christmas Eve and everyone was closed and the weather was below freezing but Chuck still managed to make out to us after our pipes burst from the cold worked late into the night and following day to get our pipes repaired.

He also installed and fixed our old water heaters that were on the verge to being broken.

We will be using only Chuck for our plumbing needs going forward because he charges very reasonable prices and he came through for us when we needed him the most.

I would recommend Chuck to anyone who has plumbing needs!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We called and had a plumber come out to look at our broken garbage disposal. Initially over the phone they said it would cost $69 for them to come look at what needed to be down. When the guy came, he said it would be a flat rate if $469 to fix it + extra for the parts which he said would be around $400. We looked up the estimated cost to replace a garbage disposal, and the high-end estimate was only $500. We initially told him to get the part and get it fixed, but literally a minute later we found out that it was covered under our home warranty, so we tried calling him and the company to say that we didn’t need it fixed by him but couldn’t get in contact with him. He came back 30 minutes later with the part and we told him that we didn’t need him to fix it, and all of a sudden he said the hourly rate was $369 and we would have to pay the full amount for his time. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, burst into our house, sat himself down at our table, and starting filling out a form while not saying a word. I called corporate to tell them the situation and they said that we could just pay the initial $69, so at least they cleared that up. I would not recommend this company, and if so I would be careful of which technicians come. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Adam and Debi were great. We had several plumbers take a look at what we needed done, some quoted higher and some quoted lower. Adam was honest, and that’s why we chose to use Gary’s. Thanks guys.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
