Called this morning to make an appointment and, amazingly, they were able to get someone out within a few hours. Kevin called me when on his way, arrived on time, was professional and very pleasant. He and his assistant came in, assessed the situation, talked me through the options and the scope of work involved. After that, the guys went to work replacing both water heaters. When finished, Kevin gave me a thorough explanation of the new equipment, answered my questions, the guys cleaned up after themselves, and we were done!
