Joe was THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever met. Work was done promptly, he was professional, he explained everything that was done, took the time to give me some recommendations and overall was just SUPER. Joe is also a VERY VERY NICE PERSON. I would recommend him in a heart beat and have already told my extended family that if you need an honest plumber at a very fair price call Joe. I thought I'd be paying so much more and it would take forever to fix a huge pipe-burst and all the related damage. I went upstairs to get my checkbook. I couldn't have been gone for more than ten minutes. When I walked back downstairs, HE WAS DONE! I kid you not.The design was much smarter too. I'm certain the chances of this pipe bursting are much less now. He pays attention to detail. I was sure I'd pay much more for that. The fact is, I paid much less. Don't tell him that! A plumber with creativity, detail oriented, and the right price? I cannot believe it. If he tells you to do something, you probably should. Experience counts. TY!
