It was refreshing to deal with contractor who was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my sewer/plumbing after repeated previous plumber attempts.

I would definitely recommend Proudfoot Plumbing. They were friendly and professional. My garbage disposal does not sound like a hangry monster anymore, and the once leaky sink is good as new. Great people, great work. Thank you!

I had frozen pipes that ruptured in my house from the winter. Everyone from the secretary to the first plumber on call, to the plumber who came to do the work, to the second plumber who had to come and help we’re all fantastic. Very experienced, very polite, answered all my questions, methodical, and efficient. The price was what I expected. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to come do the work. I had no problems with call backs. They put me in as an emergency.

Please note that someone below gave them a 1, but said they were excellent and will always use them.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

Bigley last worked on my furnace, a vintage boiler, in December of 1993. I had marked the date on the parts they replaced 25 years ago.

Calling on New year's day, I had little hope of getting my heat back on quickly.

Don arrived soon after my call. Evaluated the situation and parts were an issue. He could have restored my heat temporarily, but I already had some SAFE back up heat sourses.

As promised, first thing in the morning, a Master Plummer arrived. In the big truck, which means to me he came well prepared for whatever.

3 hours later all issues were resolved. He checked everything. Even fixed some other minor issues he came across.

The bill ( which was concerning as I never asked what this would cost). Was pleasantly and absolutely fair.

This is a honest and great business to use..

Great place always have what you need for your plumbing jobs!

Dave did a tremendous job and he did it on very short notice on a weekend. I have a family at home, so a plumbing need on a weekend is a big deal. Dave showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He got my home back functioning properly very, very quickly. Finally, what he charged me for the work was very reasonable - a very fair price for the work that he did. I can't say strongly enough that if you live in this part of Pittsburgh and need a plumbing job done, call A Pittsburgh Plumber! I guarantee that I will be calling him if/when I need help in the future!

Today we had a very good experience working with Christian! I had a clog in my toilet again and he explored every option to fix it for me. In the end we ended up replacing the toilet but he stayed and completed the job. He was great at explaining everything to us and just overall did a wonderful job. We Are very pleased with his work and would Def recommend him!

My experience with Christy Plumbing and Heating was excellent. I had a pinhole leak in a pipe in my basement. It wasn't too serious of a leak and they were able to get me on the schedule for the following day. They showed up on time, were able to diagnose the issue promptly, had the materials to fix it with them and took care of it. Charge was about $200 which I found to be entirely fair and reasonable. Most companies charge at least $100 just for the service call. They also looked at couple other random issues that I was having and made some adjustments to address those issues (all of which are much improved) at no charge to me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

The best customer service I have ever received. Gary and the guys helped me out in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Called Patrick to replace two three handle shower valves for my bathrooms in my 1950’s home. Patrick was quick and professional and installed quality central brass fixtures in both bathrooms without looking to over charge me like other plumbers. I would definitely recommend him to others in need of repairs done to their home.

Rich was our repairman today. He was very professional and solved the plumbing issue--toilet that kept running, tank kept refilling. All is in order! Responded same day and within a few hours. Appreciate Rich's expertise and friendly manner. We will definitely call Puharic Plumbing again and ask for Rich!

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

Called them for an estimate, said what was needed done, and someone came out to look at the gas riser, I needed to have replaced per Columbia gas, after he came to look at it I get a proposal of 2,700 dollars! I didn’t need the gas line completely replaced or a pressure test or whatever she was saying on the phone to me, literally got another guy out the next day and did what was needed done for a 3rd of their proposal! Shop around before signing or doing any work with this company! They are all about ripping off the customer, and also in the proposal it said not responsible for replacing the landscaping, I’m sorry but you ripping up my yard and not putting grass seed back is an issue! Just stay away from this money hungry company

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
