Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. I recently had my AC unit checked and cleaned. The tech Josh did an awesome job. He arrived on time, explained the work he was doing, and provided recommendations for how to keep the unit running efficiently. Will definitely use them again.

Bill has been my plumber for many years. He is responsive and has always done a great job. He just completed replacing a sewer line and did a fantastic job. Worked long and hard to get the job done. Everything was very clean after they left. He quoted a very good price and no over runs. I feel I can trust him. And I highly recommend him and his wife.

Called Dave after my own unsuccessful attempt to unclog my bathroom sink. He was punctual, friendly, reasonable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the plumbing is configured in my bathroom which I appreciate. I would use his services again and highly recommend.

Jesse was the best plumber I’ve ever had for years but I can’t get him anymore because he moved onto commercial projects. However, Lucas redid my leaking shower and did an awesome job. Professional, friendly and quick. Will ask for him again in the future.

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. We have a regular guy, now, I guess. ( And one we can recommend. ) Thanks, guys.
