Wow! What a outstanding service experience that was delivered by Tiffany. She arrived the prior day as scheduled, explained the required upgrades in detail. offered several solutions and scheduled the appoiment for the following day. The experience the day of installation was just as outstanding. She arrived prior to schedule and immediately went to work on the project. Her professionalism, technical experience and upbeat personality made the experience outstanding. I will use the services at Gillece because of the experience Tiffany delivered. In addition I will suggest Gillece to others that maybe in the need of their services.

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

Homer was sent the day after I called to schedule the work. We had about 5-6 small jobs - some that were somewhat complicated - involving several water faucets, a ceiling fan that was not able to receive input from the remote control, a metal framed window and a metal framed door that would not lock properly. All were completed in 2 hours, except for 1 that required us to buy a new faucet assembly and 1 (a metal framed window that would close 100%) that could not be fixed due to the building settling slightly. Homer analyzed the problem and came up with the cause. Ultimately the solution was not possible because to file off the metal parts that were catching would have most certainly ruined the locking mechanism. Luckily, we are on the 3rd floor and it closes sufficiently to keep out the weather. I will be calling them again soon to replace the corroded faucet assembly on the utility tub after I have time to buy it from Lowe's. So, I will certainly hire them again. Excellent service!
