Best New Sink in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

It was refreshing to deal with contractor who was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my sewer/plumbing after repeated previous plumber attempts.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Brandon from B and R Mechanical did a great job for our business. We asked for his help on two occasions and he showed up on time and did a great job on both occasions. Brandon is a hard worker, professional and gets the job done. I will definitely be calling Brandon the next time I need a plumber.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

Jesse was the best plumber I’ve ever had for years but I can’t get him anymore because he moved onto commercial projects. However, Lucas redid my leaking shower and did an awesome job. Professional, friendly and quick. Will ask for him again in the future.

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. We had an excellent experience with McNabb! Andrea was so helpful and worked to get someone to us same day to check our leaking water heater. Michael came that day and determined it would be best to do a replacement. He thoroughly explained our options and we were able to get an appointment for the next day to get our new tankless water heater. Noah and Anthony did the replacement work - they were extremely professional, efficient, kind, and did an awesome job!

Definitely won't use again. We bought an old house and had brand new central heating and cooling installed. After just 1 full summer, the cooling wasn't working. It was running constantly, the house wasn't cooling, and our electricity bill was through the roof. They came to take a look at it, said it needed a tune up and we paid $149 for them to top off the freon. It didn't make any sense to me because it was a very expensive unit and was so new. The technician told me that they just don't make these units like they used to and we should do a tune up every year. The beginning of the next summer, it wasn't working at all. We had them back again. They said the Freon was low again. I argued about the need for another tune up. It just didn't make sense for such an expensive new unit. They found there was a leak in the coil. Since it was still under warrantee, we didn't have to pay for the new coil. It took weeks for the coil to come. They came and replaced the coil. We paid $280 for a few hours of labor. The technician said I found the leak...there was a screw through the line This is an exact quote. When I told my husband about this, he thought we shouldn't have to pay for any of this. Obviously, we didn't put a screw through the coil. Either the company did it with the install or the manufacturer had a faulty product. When he called the company, they called me a liar. I am pretty upset. I feel like we were had and lied to over the past few years. I feel stupid for not asking more questions along the way. I did not record our conversation, and I did not keep the bad coil. I have no evidence to support what I KNOW happened and the truth of what happened. Even more than the money we have paid to this company, this is about the integrity of the company and taking advantage of people.

I have used Honest renovations for our Bathroom Renovation project. I am quiet happy with the job that they have done for me. The have explained all the details of the project that was going to be executed from start to finish and they have completed the job on time. Would recommend it. Thank you
