I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost

Professional, this crew came in well organized, with a plan. They worked quickly, finished quickly and left my basement cleaner than what it was. I used Honest Renovators to renovate a bathroom and also to add a laundry area and separate closet area in my condo. They were professional, always on time, and just generally nice to work with. They came first thing in the morning replaced the tank so we could open on time. They were professional, fast, and friendly. They have a better selection than some home depots but customer service is lacking. Walked back and forth looking for a shopping cart the last time I came here, walked passed 3 employees on their phones, they couldn't care less about a customer needing help.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
