My central air died in the middle of a heat wave. Not good for a person with heart issues. My usual repairman was otherwise engaged, so I called Tudi. John came out and fixed my a/c right up. Thank you, John, and Tudi for such fast, prompt and efficient service -- and at a reasonable price too!

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
