Steve explained what was to be done next and i said I will give it a shot myself and if I can't I am to call him back. I had ask about my hot water tank and he also gave me great advice. As a moderately knowledgeable home owner, I wanted fix my leaky tub faucet. I figured out part of the job but went to Home Depot needing both parts and tips because I had run into issues I didn't understand. I grabbed on customer service guy in plumbing who realized my question was a bit beyond him so he quickly found Dennis as the real plumbing expert. Dennis helped me through the step of what special tool I need to remove the stem. I returned later the same day with the stem frozen to the chrome cowling. Dennis took it into his shop and struggled but successfully separated the two parts. He then helped me select the right replacement stem. The rest of the install went smoothly and I am a happy camper.
