Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

Did a pick up in store order online. Got a text it was ready for pick up. The people at the store couldn't find my stuff and wouldn't let me just go grab one off the shelf even though it was only like 5 feet away.
