Best Dryer Installed in Pittsburgh PA

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Had a not so great first experience with the original quote but Kellee reached out to me directly to get feedback and correct the situation. I am impressed that she took the time to make it right and valued what I had to say. Immediately after, someone else came out to give me some proper insight into the project and offer to update the quote. It sounds like it will probably be a 4-5 day job.. :)

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.
