Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

Jake, the Calfo technician, was able to quickly and easily diagnose my issue. He also checked for other issues and clearly and simply explained what was going on. He had my furnace up and running in about 30 minutes (only a minor issue, but still, great response). Highly recommend.
