Very disappointed in George Brazil and their inability to simply do a part search prior to inspection. I have had two smaller AC companies come out and both stated the issue, both being aligned. Neither could get this part for at least 6 weeks, but the second company recommended I call George Brazil since they could possibly get the part quicker.I had a simple ask, could George Brazil simply look up the part and verify if they could get it sooner. If they could, then I was happy to pay the $79.99 have them actually come out and inspect to verify that's what's needed, and then have them do the work. I was told I would need to pay the $79.99 have them come out before they would even be willing to look the part up. Funny thing I called two other companies after this call, both very accommodating and understanding and both gave me the email address. Asked me to email them the pictures of the part and details, they would find availability of the part and if they can get sooner they will come inspect to verify. It's not that hard, unless you are a person/business who doesn't value the customer and do your best to be hard on the customer, or shall I say lost opportunity of a customer.
