Michelle has been out to my condo twice now. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She knows her products well. During her visit she communicated everything I needed to know very clearly and she handled the task of getting me qualified to finance a new air conditioning unit like a pro.Ignacio and Angel came to my condo today to install the new unit. The two of them were also very professional. They worked very hard on this hot day and finished the work on time as promised. During the visit Ignacio also communicated very clearly about the unit and what I could expect during operation.
