George Brazil did an excellent job of replacing our old A/C unit. Their folks were friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient, and took great pains to get the new unit installed correctly. Even though there were some hardware problems, they got the unit working, then came back in the morning with fully tested replacements for the factory parts that had initially failed.
