Best Pump Troubleshooting in Phoenix AZ

I just used Parker & Sons for a job a couple weeks ago. Something felt off about the whole experience, so after Parker and Sons left my home I got a 2nd opinion from another licensed bounded company in the valley.They told me that parker and sons didn't ground the switches, they used aluminum to ground the bathroom outlet, they used temporary connectors instead of a permanent ones for aluminum wiring ( according to the consumer product safety commission) and on top of that they charged a little over 3k when other companies charged roughly $1,500.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and the whole process felt like buying a car from a car salesman.
